1. Sponsor

The COR®BON $1,000 Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by COR®BON Ammunition, P.O. Box 99, Grafton, OH 44044 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

4. Sweepstakes Period

Entries will be accepted starting on August 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ending on October 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

5. How to Enter

To enter, visit corbon sweepstakes and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your entry. Limit one (1) main entry per person per day unless otherwise stated on the entry form.

Participants may earn bonus entries in the following ways:

• Purchase Bonus: Earn +5 bonus entries per order placed at CORBON.com during the Sweepstakes Period, limited to one (1) qualifying order per person per day.
• Free Alternative Bonus: Without making a purchase, earn +5 bonus entries per day by making a public Facebook post mentioning “COR®BON ammo” and including the hashtag #corbonammo, then submitting the link to your post via the entry form. Posts must remain public and accessible through the end of the Sweepstakes Period and must meet content guidelines described in these Terms & Conditions.
• Referral Bonus: Earn +5 bonus entries for each eligible friend you refer through the entry form who successfully enters the Sweepstakes.

All entry methods are subject to verification. Any attempt to exceed limits by using multiple identities, registrations, email addresses, or automated methods will result in disqualification.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 COR®BON gift card, redeemable only at CORBON.com. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize is $1,000. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on November 3, 2025. The winner will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within five (5) business days from notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The verified winner will be publicly announced on or about November 5, 2025 via COR®BON’s official website and/or social media channels.

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Publicity Release

By entering, you grant the Sponsor the right to use your name, city, state, likeness, and entry for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or permission, unless prohibited by law.

10. Content Guidelines for Facebook Posts (Free Bonus Method)

Posts must be your own original content, must not infringe on the rights of others, and must not contain profanity, nudity, illegal activity, hate speech, or anything that would reflect negatively on the Sponsor’s brand. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry deemed inappropriate or noncompliant. Posts must remain public through the end of the Sweepstakes Period for verification.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms & Conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage to persons, including death, or property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

13. Facebook Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering, participants release Facebook from any responsibility or liability arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes.

14. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lorain County, Ohio.
